The Beatitudes (the blessings) are the opening introduction of Jesus’ teachings for His Sermon on the Mount. These teachings are a foundational ethic for humanity. If we as a society or a church could walk out these principles our world and culture would be a drastically different kinder and safer place. The blessings of God would be all around us. Let us take these words to heart and join us this Sunday for Pastor Doug’s message, “What Is the Blessed Life” from Matthew 5:1-12 |
